House in the quiet of the countryside in a peaceful village equidistant from multiple sites to visit, you will go for a walk on foot, by bike you soon come to the secure bike trail for children of a serving Abbeville side and on the other the medieval town of Saint Valery, Hourdel or until you can meet the company seal or Crotoy migratory birds Marquenterre park. Further by car you replongerez in history with the castle Rambures or the site of the Battle of Crecy. And you bask on pebble beaches of Cayeux or sand Quend. Admire the beautiful houses facing the sea, Mers bath. You will enjoy a seafood platter Tréport. But the week is too short especially if you decide to visit Amiens at 60 km with its floating gardens, cathedral and the Saint Leu district, the Jules Verne circus ...

Wonderful quiet property in small village.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this property. Sylvie and Bernard are a friendly couple who looked after all our needs checking everthing was OK and Sylvie baked a wonderful french cake for us to enjoy on our arrival. The property has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. For anyone who is disabled the staircase would be an issue to the upstair bedrooms however everyting else was spot on. The property has a lovely garden with outside seating and is located in a very quiet small village some 15 miniutes from the pretty town of St Valery-sur-Somme and within easy driving distance of Le Treport, which is well worth a visit. A highly recommended property and one we are looking forward to returning to in the future.

We really enjoyed our stayed at the accommodation with well equipped facilities to meet our needs. The shopping supermarket was approximately fifteen minutes drive with pleasant surroundings around the Somme itself. Excellent holiday accommodation and the owner communicated well with us Frence - English apps.

Mooie locatie, beetje verouderde gite, die wel van alles is voozien en mooie slaapkamers heeft. Trap naar boven minder geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen of kleine kinderen. Zeer rustige goed gelegen gite. Eigenaar is heel correct.

Außerordentlich freundliche Gastgeber (ohne Aufdringlichkeit), Haus und Terrasse sind blickdicht eingewachsen. Es gibt keine Lärmquellen drum herum. Das Internet mit 10 MBit genügt um abends Netflix zu streamen.

La maisonnette est jolie confortable, propre, le jardin spacieux et agréable. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques, tout en étant discrets. Les environs sont magnifiques, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir, sans aller très loin. A recommander vivement. Le seul bémol avec Abritel qui mentionnait 2 salles de bain alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une. L'annonce a été rectifiée.

Nette Vermieter, Zwei Fahrrader kostenlos, schöner Garten (inkl. Schnittlauch), absolut ruhig. Der Grill funktioniert :-;, auch bei Regen sitzt man unter der Pergola trocken, zweiter Kühlschrank/Gefriertruhe im Gartenhaus. Gartenliege gibt es auch noch. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Kuchen. Fliegengitter wären schön gewesen. Die Treppe ist sportlich, besonders Nachts.

Knus huisje in een gezellig dorpje

De woning ligt in een charmant dorpje. In het dorp zijn er geen winkels, maar er komt dagelijks een bakker aan huis met heerlijke broden en koeken. De supermarkten liggen een 10-tal km verder, maar tijdens de rit ernaar toe kan je ten volle genieten van de uitgestrekte, prachtige landschappen die deze streek te bieden heeft. Cahon ligt centraal. Je bent snel bij alle bezienswaardigheden. De eigenaren zijn zeer sympathiek en hulpvaardig. Het huisje is voorzien van alle basiscomfort en de tuin is super gezellig.

Charmant petit cottage en pleine nature. Très bon accueil et grande discrétion des propriétaires. Maisonnette très confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée ! Seul l'escalier menant au chambre est un peu raide. Très calme. Nous recommandons donc ce gîte où nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
