The only small negative point is the upper car park, anyone with mobility issues will struggle carrying a suitcase whilst walking down three sets of steps."

"I phoned to book a room and found the girl who answered the phone rude and unpleasant but sure isn't there always one person who thinks they are above everyone else. So I decided just to book online and in doing so actually to my surprise got a way better deal. When my friend and I got to the hotel staff were plesent. Its a lovely place to stay Unfortunately I didn't get the rude girls name."
