"This house is beautiful and extremely well situated. Close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We were a groupe of 6 occupying the main house which was comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living and dining rooms are classy and comfortable. The large windows offer beautiful views of the outside grounds and pool. Everyone in our group just loved the pool. Its well kept and large enough for us all. The surrounding yard is gorgeous and creates a atmosphere of privacy. Erinn was very quick to respond when issues came up and, as others have said, she generously provides info about the area. There are a few reasons I did not give this property 5 stars. We were surprised that the main house windows on the first floor had no screens, while the loft had only screens with no glass windows. None of the bathrooms have ventilation or openable windows and that was a problem. The storage situation is not user friendly with no poles to hang clothes, very few hooks or towel bars. The laundry room is great with two washers and dryers. The linens were of good quality and the towels, including beach towels, were plentiful. Unfortunately one of the dryers had screws sticking out inside that we didn’t notice before a few items were damaged. The listing specifies dining space for 12 outside but only a table for four was provided. We stayed for 10 nights. If you rent for a short period these things may not be a problem. "
