Reasonably priced, clean, and good condition. Close to public transport and to shopping and dining.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
It's all right if you don't want to be in a hotel room all day. I mean you're near downtown where everything is located, which is a plus. Basically, it's a sleep at night kinda place. Some improvements can be made though

Liked: Cleanliness
It was like motel not hotel ,staff were friendly ,room was clean but not perfect and while we are there never came to cleaned up and changed the bed sheets, located was in near busy street and near mosque and was noisy,be aware of Extended horn when you are in cairo :)
Be specific and sincere. Talk about:
Staff/service – Were they friendly or helpful?
Room – Was it clean, quiet, comfortable?
Location – Was it convenient or scenic?
Amenities – Pool, breakfast, spa, parking, Wi-Fi, etc.
> “The staff was incredibly welcoming and check-in was fast.”
“Room was spotless with a great view of the city.”
3. Include a personal touch
Add a detail that made your stay special:
> “We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a cake in the room!”
“Loved relaxing in the rooftop pool after a long day of sightseeing.”
4. Keep it balanced (if needed)
If there were small issues but you still had a good stay, you can mention them briefly and kindly:
> “Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but everything else was great.”
5. Wrap up with a recommendation
> “Would definitely stay here again.”

One of the advantages that the hostel is located in the center of cairo ,where everything is nearby.
The biggest disadvantage is the breakfast !?!?!?!?!
Very noisy and dirty. Leaking bathroom. Because of the street noise, we couldn’t sleep the whole night and have to leave for another hotel early next morning. We need a full refund for the remaining days. Also our trip from the airport to the hotel was quoted in Australian dollars but the hotel charged us US$
Le personnel est très gentil & accessible, même si le bâtiment est ancien.
Point positif : hôtel à la sortie du métro 2.
Point négatif : quartier avec très peu de restau.
Rezervasyon yaptığım oda yı teslim etmediler Merkezde olması iyi kahvaltı hostel gibi zayıf ,zaten hotel yazmasına rağmen bildiğimiz hostel aslında hotels.com a güvenip bir daha rezervasyon yapmam
It is a very old building, but the manager of the hotel keeps his section of the building Clean and tidy, and compared to other higher quality rated places we stayed in on our your through Egypt, this property rated up there with the stars.
Breakfast was great, as was the ladies who prepared it. wifi free, the staff so friendly and helpful, helped us with directions etc for getting around Cairo.
We were two dOors away from what we call the subway, and the cost was incredible for us. Worked out to be 28c Aus for 8 stops, and since we were senior female travellers, felt very safe moving around.
I have already told people that I would highly recommend the hotel.
The picture shown is exactly the room we stayed in, which had everything we required.
No toilet role, no proper hot water for shower , very noisy surroundings and windows could not be closed properly, breakfast was good,
Staff were very good and helpful
Place was in a really filthy, ghetto area, bedding was brown-ish with dirt, sheets had stains on the sleeping side (new stains), like they were just brushed off and re-used for the next person. Definitely NOT washed between guests! If so, then the cleaning staff need to wear clothing when they work (pubic hairs found in sheets - bring your own sleeping sack for places like this, I did, luckily). Loud street below with sound and air leaking windows. Even with ear plugs in it was a low roar all night. Stairwell has filth, dirt and graffiti, but so does the entire area the hotel was in. Not a place I'd ever come back to. One positive is what appeared to be the owners or managers, a couple, were very sweet people. Doesn't make up for a complete cr*phole of a room, but it was nice to have met them.
