In terms of location was great, pyramids view and not too far from visiting pyramids and also not too far from Cairo. Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful Breakfast was great, very traditional and home made meals Just some facilities like hot water, bathrooms towels weren’t clean! There was no soap and body wash!

Since the moment we arrived we didn’t feel welcomed at this hotel. No upgrades were offered, staff was very inexperienced, we had to go downstairs twice with the additional documents they requested. My brother was not allowed at the roof top restaurant even though at the check in time we were told it’s ok. No food or drinks was provided at the restaurant The floor of the room was dirty. We decided not to stay the night there and left/checked out at midnight. No WiFi. We DO NOT recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Desayuno con pirámides.

El hotel tiene años pero tambien tiene encanto. Las vistas a las Piramides desde el hotel mientras desayunas son espectaculares. El hotel tiene cerca buenos restaurantes. Un consejo, comer en el estaurante Christo. La atencion del personal que trabaja en el hotel es exquisita y los problemas que tuve los resolvieron muy rápido. La cama magnifica. Me queda un bonito recuerdo.

Inmejorable situacion

El hotel tiene vistas e al las pirámides y el museo GEM. La gente es muy amable y cuando solicite ayuda para un problema con la puerta lo solucionaron muy eficientemente. El hotel tiene ubicación excepcional seguro que mejorará cualquiera de los aspectos de mantenimiento que faltan. La cama perfecta.

La recepcionista no fue capaz ni de saludar

Ha sido toda una decepción, nuestros últimos dos días en Egipto los íbamos a pasar aquí pero nada más llegar ya fue desagradable, habían personas en el lobby del hotel, (varios hombres y una mujer) que no se si eran huespedes o personas del hotel, que cuando llegamos me hicieron sentir muy incómoda, me miraron con caras de asco y reprobación (llevaba una falda corta). Al ir a hablar con la recepcionista pareció que le daba completamente igual mi presencia, me miraba con cara de desprecio constantemente y de manera despectiva (creo que no hablaba inglés) pero no es necesario un idioma para ser amable. Al final nos atendió un hombre que me hizo firmas los papeles necesarios pero no nos dio información del desayuno, ni de la terraza, ni el WIFI, absolutamente nada, Lo único fue que nos acompañó a la habitación. El hotel parecía fantasma, no había nadie más que nosotros o eso parecía. La habitación estaba bien pero la moqueta nos daba la sensación de que no estaba del todo limpia y nos dio alergia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo introducía el aire con arena y contaminación de fuera hacia dentro. La ducha tenia mal hecha la puerta y se salía por todos lados... Lo único bueno de este sitio fue la mujer que daba los desayunos y nos hizo 2 tortillas francesas, nos puso buena cara y aunque no hablaba muy bien inglés fue amable. Eso si, el desayuno bastante pobre y algunas cosas estaban mas duras y secas que las pirámides. Sin duda no volvería.
