Paid cash on site for 2 nights, room was 208 . The only room not being renovated on that side of property. Had to move building materials(sheetrock,tools, busted tile) out of the way to get to room. Turned on lights and roaches were everywhere. Went down to office to tell them we would not be staying and they wouldnt give a refund. Were there 5 minutes at most. Didnt even put our luggage down.

The room was awful... Smelled like animals lived in room... I did not stay at hotel and had to pay for another hotel... On top of that I requested a refund but was unable to get a refund... So ai called the BBB Better Business Bureau and informed them of hotel conditions and that I was unable to get my money back from Expedia..... Never will use Expedia again... I suggest no one use Expedia

There were beer cans all around the property. The ice machine didnt work. The cheapest drink out of the office was $4 for a small container. The housekeeper called my wife a cracker under her breath. The whole place spelled like marijuana. Our TV had a black line running through the screen. Our bathtub was filthy with old blood and toilet had feces in it.

I grew up visiting this hotel, which is one of the main reasons we booked it. But boy was I in for a treat. First I had to get a smoking room because the gave my room away because I arrived later in the evening. Then once I got to the room the smell of smoke reaped through the door as you enter. They walls were nasty, everything was out dated, the furniture looked as if It came off a rubbish pile. Not to mention the patch work on the ceiling looked like it will fall in if a heavy rain came through. The list goes on

Rude office staff, nice housekeeping

This was a family trip with my elderly mother. The room smelled slightly of age, mildew and marijuana. The decor was aged. The tub was of good length and depth for soaking once properly cleaned. The bath towels were clean, but thin. Only 1 wash cloth was available and when I requested another, the lady attendant was a bit rude about having to hand out one. At checkout, I asked for a receipt and was told that they would not give me one because Expedia had paid for the room.. Well, I paid Hotels.com...
