Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay .

The lobby of this hotel was great and the views of the Nile was lovely. We had a memorable stay and the staff were all very good, always smiling. Convenient location to get around. On a clear day we could see the Pyramids from our balcony. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food which was well enjoyed. Overall a great time and experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile.
