"I had a wonderful 7 night stay at this hotel earlier this month and stayed in one of the beautiful newly-renovated preium balcony rooms on the 27th Floor. Every member of staff I interacted with at the hotel were so lovely and they all made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible (especially the delightful duty manager, Demi). The whatsapp team were so effecient that every text request I made received a response within 90 seconds. The room itself was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The concierge desk, the housekeeping team, and the in-room dining staff were all very friendly and courteous throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant and in-room dining was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon. Highly recommended."

"Excellent hotel, great location with awesome staff in every category from front desk, housekeeping, poolside and restaurants very helpful and always asking if I need anything. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of options and is worth having a great breakfast before going on with your day activity. Room are clean and Ihab the housekeeper was awesome taking care our room. Had a great stay."

The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay.
