I reserved two rooms on the 7th floor, both rooms need renovation. The ceramic floor was broken in one if the rooms, bathroom door was not closing easily, lamps were broken, furniture was dusty. Staff were friendly.

Only stayed for one night but the room was spacious, very nice pool area on the roof top and we were able to get food in the bar area by the pool in the evening for a very reasonable price. We found ourselves stuck and in need of a very short notice reservation and the hotel were very accommodating. They had a pianist playing in the lounge/lobby which was really nice. I would love to return and stay for longer because from the small amount of time we spent here it seemed a really nice and luxurious place to stay. If you need somewhere close to the airport, this would be a great pick.

Room - dirty. Carpets could do with a shampoo. The table where coffee and tea is kept is just about falling to the ground. Staff - just about right in terms of being helpful. Amenities - just ok. Bathroom - vanity needs a deep clean. I booked your hotel on the basis of the Radisson Blu Brand but it didn’t live to the expectations. I feel somewhat ripped off in all honesty. The hotel is more like a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms needs a serious upgrade or at least clean it properly. It felt very unhygienic. It would be appropriate to at least refund 50% of my accommodation all things considered.

Food service took 45 min to arrive, and the food was a bit over priced for what we got. The people were friendly though, and it was in a good location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite noisy as the hotel is very close to the main road and at the back there are dogs barking and a restaurant open quite late. Food quality is average. Probably better to have lunch or dinner at the buffet rather than at the hotel restaurant. Food on the low level for quite high prices.

Booked a king bed, got two singles where my feet dangled over the edge because i guess im too tall. Mini fridge that was supposed to be stocked was empty. Bath tub was clogged. The staff was all friendly though and its in a great location. They do want to charge $25-50 per person for an airport exchange and i got an uber for 1.50
