Very Nice 5 star Hotel in Cairo. We had 14 hour wait for our flight so we stayed at this hotel. Well worth it beautiful hotel. Great staff, food , drinks and really nice pool. Will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. One thing that really stood out was the security. The security team was professional, attentive, and made me feel safe throughout my stay. It was reassuring to know they were always present and maintaining a secure environment. The exceptional customer service from every staff member made the experience even better. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and I truly felt valued as a guest. WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections. Staff was so attentive the hotels absolutely gorgeous and the rooms so beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! it was taught large at such a great price.

Special thanks to Mrs. Merna from the Front Office for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and cooperation. She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly look forward to visiting again.

From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.

5 star hotel in new Cairo

Although new Cairo is a residential spot without many atractions, this hotel allows a 5 star experience isolated from the noise and inconvenience of central Cairo. The rooms are clean and spatious. The breakfast is also fine. I would only complain about club lounge which is almost closed and empty.

The pictures on the booking page were very promising. Everything is looking old and shabby. Everywhere noice from outside. I’m very disappointed even more for the price I was paying. Bed was good and breakfast as well. But this hotel isn’t recommended for a relaxing stay. Stuff did a great job, especially when a tip was given.

I had an incredible stay at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski in Cairo! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience.
