My stay at the hotel was amazing from start to finish. The receptionists were very welcoming and made check-in smooth and easy. All the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism really made a difference during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. When we first arrived we couldnt find the place because there was no sign out front. Then we get to our room and sit on the bed and the whole thing collapsed to the ground. They gave us a second room immediately but it was much smaller and filthy. And the bed was built wrong and had a piece of wood sticking out the my daughter hit her face on. We where supposed to stay 3 days we left the next morning and they agreed to refund us when we spoke in person but refused to answer expedia so expedia couldnt approve it. Terrible experience if i could give negative stars i would.
