One of the most beautiful hotels in the city, with stunning views and exceptional service. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist and resolve any issue that might arise. The hotel also offers plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The swimming pool is a little small, but it was perfectly fine. The breakfast was very good, with fresh products and a great variety of choices. The hotel places great importance on security, which is why access is not easy for non-guests. There are security checks for both cars and people entering the hotel, which made us feel very safe. They also provide currency exchange services, and the hotel has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, with piano music in the afternoons and lovely decoration. Overall, this is truly a five-star hotel, and I highly recommend it without hesitatio

All I liked in this property is the Nile view , property is very old , rooms are very small and old , bathrooms have no vacuum and very small and smell rotten. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Great Staff and super helpful. Location is super central but also shielded from noise etc. through being at the end of the island. Breakfast and drinks on the river terrace are great Wessam was amazingly helpful and it is no surprise that he has been at the hotel for years. I always find this hotel welcoming and simply better than other 5 star hotels in Cairo. The hotel is a great credit to the Sofitel brand.
