Destaque para as moças do restaurante. Super prestativas e providenciaram um lindo bolo para eu comemorar meu aniversário. A localização é boa, fica no meio do caminho para passeios de barco e o centrinho. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

As instalações precisam de manutenções , o quarto tinha mofo e os moveis estavam bem velhos e danificados. Alem disso a roupa de cama estava meio velha e tinha fronha furada. O ar condicionado gerava um poucp de agua dentro do quarto e a varanda do quarto nao estava nas melhores condições. Os funcionário da recepção atenderama a gente muito bem, indicou bem para gente passeios e restaurantes e intemediou com agencias de turismos os passeios, mas tive problemas ao voltar uma vez a noite 20h ao hotel e nao tinha ninguem na recepção para abrir o acesso. O cafe da manha era muito bom, a melhor coisa da estadia. A internet funcionou bem. A piscina era de plastico enpequena, alem disso, durante um dia da nossa estadia ficou fechadanpara pintura do deck.

Pontos positivos: boa localização, café da manhã bem variado, chuveiro com boa pressão e atendimento excepcional da Tânia! Melhor recepcionista que já conhecemos. Pontos negativos: quarto duplo muito pequeno (quase sem espaço para malas) e banheiro pouco ventilado, toalhas de banho muito velhas e desgastadas. No quarto (107), as tomadas ao lado da cama não estavam funcionando. Tínhamos uma varanda com varal, mas parte dela estava destelhada de modo que as roupas não secavam nos dias de chuva porque molhavam. Metade do caminho do nosso quarto até o restaurante era sem cobertura e a pousada não oferecia guarda chuva, então tomamos chuva alguns dias para ir e voltar do café da manhã

A pousada em si tem ótima localização, café da manhã bom, mas o quarto que fiquei, ficava voltado para a rua de traz, passei 4 noites sem dormi direito, muito barulho de caminhão, ônibus, moto. Acordava com dor de cabeça, a cama estava horrível, um buraco no meio, faltou água, 2x fui pedir toalha de banho e disseram que não tinham. Mas tirando isso, foi bom.

Atendimento maravilhoso das recepcionistas, Marcia e Tânia e do Junior do Bar da Piscina. Se eu tivesse um hotel contrataria os 3 com certeza. A administração está de parabéns pelo serviço de qualidade q seus profissionais entregam. Acertaram em cheio na contratação e no treinamento deles. A pousada é maravilhosa e é o reflexo do atendimento dos profissionais. A cama e uma delicia para deitar. Tive vontade de levar os travesseiros pra casa. E o cheirinho do quarto muito bom.

Boa na medida do possível. Mas durante a noite não consegui dormir direito pois fica o dreno do ar condicionado encima do forro do quarto, então pingou água a madrugada inteira, e não era do meu ar condicionado pois eu desliguei… não estava aguentando mais. Café da manhã ok
