"It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent, but was NOT free! The property is near the airport, which was handy. However, the city center, where the most activity is in Lisbon, is not within walking distance. There are few restaurants near here "

Staff was professional and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and it was within walking distance to the terminal which made our early morning flight more bearable. I was pleasantly surprised to find they started breakfast (free and great selection) at 2am, which was appreciated before our 5:45am flight of a 16 hour journey home! "

Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. "We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything."
