"Was a good stay, host went above and beyond to accommodate. Very kind and flexible. Rooms have no frills, but are sufficiently comfortable, making for a good place to rest your head after a busy day in Lisboa. "This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. "Front desk clerk was very friendly, inviting and efficient - a great first impression. Hotel was only 8 months old so cleanliness was good but inexplicably the shower stall was already leaking water! The room was rather cramped but comfortable. Our dinner was good and made better by excellent service. Since we had an early flight we partook of the breakfast. The variety wasn't bad but it was in no way a good value for what we got. "

"We stayed twice at this hotel, before and after our cruise. We are so glad we chose to do that as we would have been sad if we had chosen another hotel after our cruise. There are many hotels close by to dine at. Also the Santa Justa lift is right around the corner and Rossio Square is just down the road. We loved everything about this hotel. Thank you so much for keeping it so clean and well maintained. "

"Great hotel, we stayed during the power cut on the Iberian peninsula and the hotel was amazing. They worked tirelessly in very difficult conditions to ensure everyone was. Watered for and things got done without a hitch. Couldn’t praise them highly enough. A great hotel to stay in "

"The Mundial is I a great location to enjoy the Old City with lots of shops, restaurants and transportation options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the roof bar with views of the castle. Food and drinks are excellent. The rooms are comfortable with firm beds. It’s also nice to have the outdoor balcony. It’s an older hotel but kept up nicely. "

"The hotel was perfect in getting downtown and the front desk was great in answering all questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The subway and train station was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel so if you didn’t want to use the free shuttle to downtown you could quickly take those modes of transportation "
