"I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. Also sometimes the food was missing ingredients like avocado but the staff won’t tell you they didn’t have everything on the menu. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had to work with. "

"Magnificent building. A chateau/Museum type of setting. So large, I literally lost my way around a couple of times. Beautiful grounds. Room was super clean and comfortable. High ceiling, large window."

"People at the desk could not have been more helpful. Very kind, very polite. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but could not beat the price. For our purpose, it was very well located albeit not right downtown."
