Nice and clean, but shower needs renovations

I gave this hotel a overall 5 stars because the service was excellent and the room was very nice and clean. I did give it a rating of 3 stars on condition because I feel like the shower could use some renovations. The shower was clean, but there were some areas between cracks that need to be filled in so moisture doesn’t get in and create mold.

Not pet friendly as listed on expedia. Only for emotional support dogs with documentation. They honored my reservation and were extremely nice. I'd stay again. Nice breakfast. Clean room. Great staff

Great Breakfast

We were very comfortable staying at City Express. It's our second time staying therebwhen we pass through Cuidad Obregon. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The only rhing we could suggest would be a broader selection of tv stations.

Nice staff

Front desk was very friendly, room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Coffee was ok, fruit was juice and sweet, chilaquiles and beans were good. Kitchen and housekeeping ladies were very nice and attentive.
