"Just back from a fantastic week at TRS. Only tiny gripe would be that bar staff were mostly under pressure to provide a good standard of service. "

"Hotel is centrally located in playa debossa and couple minute walking distance to beach and near the sea busses which run all day and take you to the main areas at prices equivalent to taxis. Rooms were very clean and AC was some of the best I've seen, even getting too cold while it's extremely warm outside. Restaurant pricing was good and amenities are plentiful. Front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful in finding restaurants and areas to visit, as well as nightlife options (can but event tickets directly from them) . Would definitely stay here again if given the chance to come to Ibiza. "

"The concierge Adrian was exceptional !! My daughter’s luggage never arrived at Ibiza airport and Adrian was very willing to help with calling Iberia airlines several times a day, every day for our entire stay. He should be commended for his commitment to outstanding service. "
