"Einzig tolle war wirklich die Lage. Man konnte in 2 Minuten zum Strand gehen. Das Haus ist leider schon sehr alt, was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es besser gepflegt wird. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt, überall liegt Schrott herum. Schade! Das Haus ist voll mit irgendwelchem Zeug das man nicht braucht und daher hat man als Gast nicht soviel Möglichkeit sein Gepäck auszuräumen. Die zwei Bäder sind leider auch sher alt. Viele Kleinigkeiten waren kaputt. Es wäre vom Vorteil wenn die Eigentümer ein...

"The house is n’t finished, the heater pipes stick out of the walls. Lights are hanging on their wiring on the ceiling and walls. The walls are bare and echo sounds."

"La disponibilità di Alessio, referente Klodge, è stata spettacolare, ci ha fornito ogni singolo dettaglio per vivere al meglio la permanenza ad Olbia. L'alloggio è stupendo, tutto interamente ristrutturato e la comodità di avere in ogni camera un bagno ha reso la permanenza nella struttura un vero e proprio spasso. Sono presenti condizionatori in ogni stanza. La cucina è dotata di ogni confort compresa la lavastoviglie. Da migliorare sicuramente la cura del giardino esterno e dell'angolo...

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Der Strand Bados ist in nur 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch die umliegenden Strände sind traumhaft – das Wasser ist so klar, dass man die Fische darin sehen kann.Zum Haus: Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Leider gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, was es in den Schlafzimmern nachts etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Außerdem hatten wir einige Mückenstiche. Der Grill hinter dem Haus hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen – da wäre etwas Verbesserungspotenzial ."

"È immerso nella natura, in zona tranquilla ma vicino sia ad Olbia che Golfo Aranci che Porto Rotondo quindi molte spiagge da scegliere. Arredato con gusto, piccoli particolari che te lo fanno amare, complimenti alla padrona."
