"Stunning ocean view, huge upper terrace with endless views and fabulous lower deck with pool, endless ocean and beach view and covered outdoor living room from where we watched a magnificent thunderstorm roll over in the late afternoon while sipping outstanding Sardinian wine. Communication was excellent. The hosts, Mauro and augusta are warm and welcoming and responsive. Wonderful Everything was easy. The villa is super clean and exactly as pictured. The principal bedroom is in the lower level (with sea view),large, its own living area, large ensuite. Spectacular. One upper bedroom also has a fabulous view. The second upper bedroom faces the front walled in courtyard. One good full bathroom in that floor, along with kitchen and dining area. The sofa is in the kitchen. We generally used the very ample living spaces in the lower and upper decks including multiple seating and eating areas and the covered living area, great loungers by the pool. Quiet location. Peaceful. Excellent beds and bedding. The people in this small town are wonderful. The beach is stunning. The sand is like flour. The water is clear and warm. The beach restaurants are wonderful. You can rent loungers on the beach (22 for front row two loungers and one umbrella). A truly magical place. You can walk to the beach or drive. Great supermarket 5 minute walk. Same for grotto restaurant. Su Iba spa 6 minute drive fabulous and outstanding food."

"Silvia has a beautiful villa and is a perfect host. Good communication before the start of our holiday, met us at the property and showed our group around, and contacted a couple of times through the rental to ensure that we were good and didn’t require any support.We loved the villa, pool and Foxi Manna beach, and enjoyed a wonderful relaxing break. "Had the most amazing time. I was a solo traveller here and I was looked after so well by all the staff. Great guy on the bar who was super friendly and made the best cocktails. Really helpful at reception too even though I spoke minimal Italian they were great. Tucked away a bit in location but worth the drive! Gorgeous resort. I just had breakfast at the resort, as opposed to full or half board - the selection wasn’t as massive as some hotels but it felt authentically Italian and had more than enough choice to keep me happy still! Everything tasted great. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!"
