"Was put in a room in the middle of the renovation work on arrival. After some conversation with yourselves ans at the property managed to get moved to s different room after being initially told it was not possible. It got sorted eventually but spend most of my first day unoacking, repacking and unpacking again. Once sorted couldnt really fault it for value apart from construction noise. "Our room on the first floor had obstructed view of the beach, with a row of trees blocking it. I also had a few issues with the room, which i complained about. It took a few days but i was moved onto the third gloor. This room was much better with a view of the beach from the balcony and a sink in the bathroom, not in the main bedroom as my previous room Melina the manageress arrangeg the move. So thank you."

"This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s. "
