"Nice resort and family friendly "

"This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The food was the best we have ever had in any hotel. The pools and pool beds were amazing, with a choice of a quiet pool and the music one with its own DJ. But what for me makes it the best was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the reception, to the restaurant staff, to the bar and pool staff. They made as feel special from day one. The service compared to the best cruises without the sway of the waves! We will certainly repeat and recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

"Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links. Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching. Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could! "

"The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again. "
