-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.

Sadly, it is so neglected in terms of maintenance that I would not recommend it at all, especially for long term stays. We got a small house which was in desperate need of renovation, mold on the front windows and facade, poorly lit, they have not even changed the light bulbs which were not working on the stairs! The place was not clean and fresh when we arrived, there were spiders and webs everywhere...
