"We had a wonderful stay in northern Sardinia. Our gracious hosts offered us a nice meal when we arrived due to a late flight and car rental. Isabetta greeted us with warm pizza and gave us all the details on the property. We enjoyed watching the brief lightning show which lit up the night sky. It wasn’t until morning light that we could truly appreciate the beauty of the property and the view off the back of the patio. The beach and warm, inviting water is just steps beyond the gate to the lower grotto unit. We utilized all the kitchen had to offer and had many memorable meals. The highlight was grilling over open charcoal worth the wood that was provided. We are already talking about making a trip back next year and this property will be first on the list. I highly recommend Georgio and Elisabetta as they were the best hosts and attended to our every need. Every day housekeeping was a bonus and not something you find often for a VRBO property."

"We had a lovely friendly welcome from the managers of the let, they were happy to share their recommendations and were always helpful, there is even a free washing machine which was brilliant when travelling with young children. Google translate is a wonderful tool, to help us find what we needed and to communicate with the staff in the restaurant and shops. The apartment we rented was perfectly fine for us as a family of 5 and basically furnished, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, we self catered and all we needed was provided. You do need to pay extra fees on arrival but these are clear if you read the booking information before you book so we expected these. Also remember that almost everything closes between 1 and 5 on the island so be prepared to plan your shopping etc, on the day we arrived we had to have a drive around to find a open supermarket to get drinks and snacks before our local shop opened but it was ok,We were near the restaurant and this wasn’t a problem for us, the atmosphere was lovely and we had a great sea view and a lovely terrace. Our daughter is coeliac and the managers directed us to nearby places that could cater (including the close beach bar) . The local supermarket was friendly and well stocked. The small beach nearby was lovely, quiet and safe for young children, so nice to swim in the warm water. You will need a car to get the most out of the area, we visited different beaches and the city and enjoyed a lovely kayak tour during our stay. "

"The hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches and only a small car ride to Olbia city center, where there was a lot of lively streets with fantastic restaurants. The pool was always so clean with amazing views of the sea and mountains around. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The reception helped us rent a car with a very good price for the duration of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Sardinia."
