Three-bedroom family flat located in the private urbanization Alorda Park, only 200m from the beach of Calafell. It is located on the first floor of the building.It has three bedrooms: two with two single beds and a third one with a double bed, as well as two complete bathrooms with bathtub.The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. The terrace of this flat is spacious and has a large outdoor table to enjoy pleasant meals outdoors. It also has an air conditioning unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.The communal area has restricted access only for guests and neighbours of the community. It has three swimming pools and a bar-restaurant with a la carte and take-away service. It is ideal for families with children; the community has a large green area, a small children's playground and the enclosure is completely fenced, which increases the security of the community.All in all, the perfect place to enjoy a totally peaceful and revitalising holiday.
