Enjoy this summer of this wonderful modern and spacious house with a large private patio and swimming pool located in the quiet urbanization of Calafell Park!This house consists of a spacious living-dining room separated in several rooms, with direct access to the garden and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On this same floor there are three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room. There is air conditioning in some bedrooms and in the living-dining room.In the garden, apart from the magnificent swimming pool, there is also a large barbecue area with a table to enjoy outdoor meals.This house is ideal for families with children, but it is highly recommended to have a car as it is located in the quiet urbanization of Calafell Park, 5 minutes by car from the centre of Calafell and the beach. This urbanisation stands out for its tranquillity all year round.The ideal accommodation to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Dorada!
