Staff member was good after finally coming to let us check in. Bedding full of hot rock burns and no drink facilities. Very basic hotel and the bar is shut not serviceable.

Average. Staff were very nice!… but the hotel is shabby. Stinks of smoke. Noisy. Small rooms. Terrible shower. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny TV. However, parking is good and the hotel is central! Overall, at €45, fair value.

Avoid at all costs

Hotel is unmanned after 9pm and the automatic check-in didnt recognise our booking. Had to seek an alternative at 1am! Location is dodgy as well.

Very strong stale smell of cigarettes. Myself and husband asthmatic - we’re using inhalers heavily all night. Son’s bad above ours had graffiti all over the wall next to his bed. Noise, fighting and music from other rooms all through the night meant very little sleep so we were very tired for our journey home. Very disappointing.

Think twice before stopping here.

Dont believe everything that they offer. Really disappointed, offered bar and seating area with a pool table but didnt mention its only for a couple of hours per day 5 till 9. Looked like a hostel for the homelesss from the outside and the photos must be old because the rooms and areas definitely dont look that good. Breakfast was ok . Thankfully it was only for one night but they did over charge me to what hotel.com quoted me. Will be looking into getting a refund as i feel i didnt get the accommodation i expected.

Disappointing. Place needs a lot of attention and cleanliness is below standard. Terrible bed and I had no sleep at all. Parking and location was the only great thing about it. I had a nightmare checking out at 7am and emergency number on the door was very unhelpful. Luckily my stay was for only few hours at night!

Great location. Bad hotel.

When we arrived the gate to the parking was locked, the buzzer seemed to go through to a different hotel because know one was at the desk. Wasn't a great start. First room our keys didn't work on the doors. Second room had a very bad smell of body odour but once I removed the top duvet it went therefore I can only assume they don't replace all the bedding? The hotel had a very strong smell of smokey bodly odour throughout which wasn't pleasent. Beds where hard and very uncomfortable, I don't think we'll be using this hotel again.

Pour résumer, j ai réservé une chambre avec annulation que j ai payé. Suite à un décès familial, j ai annulé le séjour et vous avez inventé une close que j ai vu quand j ai téléchargé ma facture après le payement de celle ci. Je cite: cette chambre n est pas soumise à un remboursement. Une honte pour votre site de réservation. Pourquoi laisser payer un supplément annulation gratuite si par la suite il est impossible d’annuler sa réservation ? J’ai par la suite essayer de contacter le service client qui n’a pas été commercial ni professionnel. Un scandale de service.
