Silvia the hostess was a very kind person, the place was very clean and the rooms were very nice.

The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.

This hotel is convenient for business purposes because it is close to the airport. It is good to have basic Spanish communication skills. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

The location is close to a grocery store and shops. Room was clean and tidy and wifi worked just fine. The only drawback for me was how much they charged me for a late checkout but maybe it is just my lack of familiarity with hotels in Chile. In the USA that would have been a lot more affordable.

The hotel is one of only a few high-end hotels serving tourists to the Atacama Desert. The desert is an enormous attraction, uniquely beautiful, large and various. The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely...

The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. When we checked in, they warmly introduced us to everything in the lodge and showed us the shared facilities. The pool area, courtyard, and both the outdoor and indoor decorations were very cozy and charming. At night, you can even take beautiful photos of the starry sky from the courtyard.
