Silvia the hostess was a very kind person, the place was very clean and the rooms were very nice.

The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.

Breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The attendant explained how everything worked .

This hotel is convenient for business purposes because it is close to the airport. It is good to have basic Spanish communication skills. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel was nice but the surrounding area could be better.

The location is close to a grocery store and shops. Room was clean and tidy and wifi worked just fine. The only drawback for me was how much they charged me for a late checkout but maybe it is just my lack of familiarity with hotels in Chile. In the USA that would have been a lot more affordable.

The hotel is one of only a few high-end hotels serving tourists to the Atacama Desert. The desert is an enormous attraction, uniquely beautiful, large and various. The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. Very clean, very nice staff. The pool is clean too. Breakfast is prepared on demand.

This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely...

Five star for everything. Specially staff that were always friendly and helpful. The place is amazing.

Fantastic choice. Great location. Clean room. Incredibly helpful staff.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Really warm and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the rustic stay.

She went out of her way to be helpful.

Excellent staff . Location Breakfast Quiet Safe Rate

The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...
