My family and I had a great stay at Chateau Bleu. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us about our check‑in—it made everything smooth and easy. The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile or a warm good morning. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend Chateau Bleu to friends and family.

Nice resort, we stayed in a bungalow (needs some TLC) with a private jacuzzi pool, very nice. Breakfast is Filipino as you would expect, the hotel allows Grab food deliveries. Hot water spring pool is great as is the swimming pool.

The resort is nice overall, however the cabana I stayed in had tons of ants and the washroom was filthy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Surrounding area is loud, rooms aren’t sound proof.

Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t need to request for it, pick up branches, pick up cat poop and spray, scrub shower tiles, etc.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip for my husband’s birthday in June with friends. However, we did encounter some issues upon check-in; we had to wait an hour due to a faucet repair, and the water initially ran brown in our room. Despite these setbacks, we still enjoyed our stay overall. It’s worth noting that we found a better deal on Expedia, saving 800 pesos even with the hotel’s promotional rate.
