"Only good thing is this hotel is close to Baga beach. Rooms were not so clean but Prakash cooked some great breakfast. We stayed for two nights. If you are solo traveller this hotel is ok but not with families."

"Visited with a friend. Awesome location in the most happening place in Goa- Titos lane. Room was great and room service was good. Food was great...breakfast buffet was great as well. I booked cottages which was surrounded by a mini garden and the whole place has trees, banana plants and other plants for a typical tropical look. Swimming pool looked awesome like the infinity pool. Wish they had private entrances rather than having to walk up and down through the reception area."

"The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with good access to the beach and a nice pool- although loungers would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency. "This is worst hotel I have ever stayed in Goa. Room AC starts after 10 min. After U put d switch on. TV is old dabba type with very poor network. Room locker very difficult to operate. Staff is very arrogant. Room facilities & condition is not worth for the money paid."

"The location is close to everything you could want. I walked everywhere. The beach, shopping, ATM, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The onsite swimming pool was always clean and the landscaping surrounding it and the entire property is beautiful and well tended.
