"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable. "Rooms were dirty. No lights for more than 2 hours in middle of night. To noisy at nights specially with the standard of guests not the same as before. Gym is filthy and the breakfast standard has gone down."
