"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"1. Hotel was budget guest house and not even 2 star property. 2. Rooms are dirty and there was frog in the room. 3. We were given blanket with hole and when i complained at reception they blame it on us saying we have done that. Instead of saying sorry there were charging us 1000 Rs for blanket, then manager had to interept and solve. lady staff at reception lake professionalism and are looters. 4. DO not stay here even if it is free pathetic unclean room, idiot staff and not even 2 star...

"The apartment is situated between calangute & Baga, but don’t be put off by its location on the map. There is a short walk through to the main road, from which the beach & bars are close! The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! "Savio was extremely helpful throughout. The rooms are basic but adequate. It is literally 20 paces from Calangute beach with great shacks. A stones throw from the busy centre of calangute. We did have electrical cuts everyday but there was work being done nearby and lamps were provided. Very clean and well maintained. If you go get some good directions from Savio as our taxi driver struggled to find it despite sat nav. Very easy to find once you are there."

"My friend and arrived at Kyle Gardens on Saturday 25/02/23 at 2pm, there were no one to greet us, the security guard did not speak English, after a couple of hours waiting in 31 degrees heat, someone finally came to see us, we later found out that a couple were still in our flat A1-03, dispite checking out is 11am.
