"Hot chocolate & other drinks were charged extra at breakfast. Extending the check out an hour later was an additional $20. There is no lobby with air conditioning to wait for pick up & it was hot. Front desk reception employees were not very welcoming-young ladies with sour faces."

I would recommend this resorts to everyone. Its location, modern facility and cleanliness are highly impressive. To include its safety environment is beyond par from its competitors I’ve had been staying in Panglao. Keep it that way and we’ll keep coming back with some of our friends and family members. "Besides not getting picked up from airport until many unanswered calls owner finally returned my call they got me to the room. Every thing since then was perfect. Fantastic room, place is warming and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic. Will stay there again. Oh it says 24hour free shuttle service. But it cost me 2k for shuttle service.?"

"I am a returnees, every time I need to be in tagbilaran I booked at this hotel since the price is reasonable and it's convenient especially the inuded breakfast. My only complaint is the unstable internet connection, now you see now you don't."
