"Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service. Think this communication process lets...

"The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic."
