"Great breakfast, loved the rooms and right by the Corte Ingles. It’s about a 30 min walk to the Cathedral. "

"Very comfortable, clean hotel - all the usual stuff. But the highlight is the front desk staff. When I missed my day tour (because I didn't realize there was a one hour change between Portugal and Spain), the staff went out of their way to help me rescue my day by finding public transport options. Because of their ideas and assistance, I still had a wonderful day. Thank you!"

"Gorgeous hotel and excellent location….that’s it! No amenities, like nothing at all, and no finishing touches. No water in the room or anywhere (just vending machine), no bathroom products just a pump soap for everything, toilet paper by the sheet like a public toilet .disappointing as a little care and effort at minimal expense would make a huge difference. Had a massive concert in town, right outside which shaked the windows and was unable to sleep until 2am, hotel should advise of events like this. "

"We were told parking at A Rosa was E12 a day but when we showed the attendant at garage our stamped hotel receipt they charged us E16 a day. We told attendant the hotel stamped our teceipt for discount of E12!but he said it was E16 a day which is nit what we were told by hotel."

"Staff was excellent. I was disappointed in that the restaurant was so limited and catered to students. It was really more like a cafeteria. I didn’t expect it to also serve as a student dormitory. Location was fine but I would not recommend it to friends."

"Beautiful space absolutely with a Great breakfast too . Room was pleasant - although bed overly firm and the two pillows on my bed were super flat . Plaster in room could use some maintenance. Bathroom was surprisingly small ( room 119 ) with a shower tub combination that leaked a bit when shower was used"
