Não disponibilização de toalhas na piscina e a cada troca é cobrada uma taxa. Péssimo serviço do bar da piscina. A limpeza dos quartos não é realizada todos os dias e quando realizada é feita de forma bem superficial. Esquecemos uma mochila no sofá da recepção durante o check out e a única forma de contatar o hotel foi por e-mail, porém até o momento (1 mês após a estada) não recebemos nenhuma resposta do hotel. Felizmente, o nosso taxista nos ajudou com a devolução.
