Come stay in a high standard house for up to 12 adults, situated within the best condominium of Caldas Novas!

Complete house, furnished, all in porcelain, 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, air conditioning, barbecue, laundry. Full kitchen: fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, electric rice cooker, cookware, etc.

Within the condominium Residential Village Thermas das Caldas with: central concierge, 24-hour surveillance system, green area with woods, sports courts, children's play area, bar and snack bar, sauna, hot and cold water pools.

Access to the pools and sauna is free on weekdays, but charged on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) holidays and in January at the cost of R $ 25.00 per day and per person, children up to 10 years and people over 60 do not pay. This payment is made directly at the entrance of the pools. The pools are open from Tuesday to Sunday.

In the water park you will find:

☆ We have open wifi throughout the club.
☆ The Club is open from 7am to 8pm.

Charge cleaning fee on site, and ask guests to leave the house in order after departure (washed dishes, etc.).
Any damage or breakage will be charged.
