I had to clear the entire floor myself with a towel. There was so much hair on the floor from previous guests. Also, my room was originally on the 18th floor, but I had to move to the 7th floor. there was construction noise happening above the 18th floor that was unacceptable. The construction was continuing past 8pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. All the staff at the hotel was very professional. I do not know if I will stay here again. "
