"The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. "

"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The nightly dance shows are stupendous! We couldn't catch all the comedy dialogue in Spanish, but it was fun anyway, and the dancers and splendid costumes were amazing. "

"The hotel is a gem at the central pacific of Costa Rica. We barely left the place as it is surrounded by nature and lots of birds. The staff is super polite and warm. The spa, wow, highly recommend the treat! No 4wd is needed to come here, but to explore around, a car is useful"

"Check in took 20 mins, and confusion over when room would be ready. That took couple of attempts. However both pools were lovely, range drinks in all inclusive great and bed very comfortable. Surprised no fridge, but could get cold drinks to bring back to room. Breakfast very good quality, dinner ok and snack bar at lunch good feature for a smaller lunch."
