Everything was really walkable. 30min walk away from the train station, it almost put me off, but Bologna is a really good city to walk with suitcases (we got a huge suitcase and a small one). The B&B was in a quiet location. The host that received us was super helpful, giving us all his favourites food spots. There is not in-front desk so if you are not there at 3pm for the check in. "We stayed 3 nights and although we never met our hosts, Massimo and Filippo had been very helpful about checking in. We had a 4th floor room with a rooftop view. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom huge! Just in the same street were sone restaurants, bars, and we were close to walk to everything. Best location."
