"Like the previous reviewers, we understood we were booking a villa in central Barcelona, so were happy to pay the elevated price. When we arrived at the airport to find our destination was a 40-minute train ride outside the city, we had to rent a car for five, which took a couple of hours; initially I thought I must have misread the listing, so didn’t say anything, but it’s clear from the previous review that there was an error in the listing at the time of booking. We were unable to use the pool until the fourth day due to a salt water imbalance from heavy rains, but the thick mildew on the pool’s sides suggested a lack of maintenance. "Stayed at the Villa in August 2023 with by husband and 2 teenage boys. The place is clean, comfortable and large. The views from the balcony are stunning and you can spend hours just looking into the valley and the mountains across. Mosquitoes was a problem until we went and bought the right equipment we needed to plug in. The pool is lovely although we found it quite shallow. Shop with all you need is 3 minutes away driving. Perfect place if you want a quiet, calm holiday like we did."
