This home is professionally cleaned and maintained. As a lived-in short-term rental, you may notice normal wear and tear, light scuffs, or minor cosmetic blemishes from time to time. These do not impact the comfort or functionality of the home. If anything needs attention during your stay, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.



🐾 Dog-Friendly



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.

Guests will have access to the entire Side 101 unit of the duplex, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and in-home amenities.

Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).

This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.

Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.



⏰ Check-In & Check-Out



We’re happy to consider early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. Because of cleaning schedules and incoming guests, these requests must be approved in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

Unapproved late departures may result in additional fees.
