Very cozy place that made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door. We are looking to return later in the year where we can enjoy the views more when the trees grass and pond are more visible.

Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, ...

The cabin is very nice and our host Celesta was great. We were there in subzero temperatures and we were warm and comfortable. Its a great place to get away and clear your mind.

You can take time to visit Wolf Run State Park during your travels to Caldwell. Amble around the area's parks or visit its spas.

Take a campus tour or just explore the area of Thorla-McKee Well, during your trip to Caldwell. Make some time to visit the spas while you're in the area.

Nice affordable place to stay with great hospitality.
Not a lot to do, however the Arby’s being open 24 hours was a definite plus.
Caldwell is a town that has seen better days. Lots of boarded up shops - no real restaurants or bars - basically a place where you stop en route to somewhere else.
Cute little town. Not much here. But, what is here is friendly people.
