Nice property, beautiful pond. Family and friends enjoyed our weekend. We went to the wilds….house located about 30 minutes from there. Made the trip very enjoyable.

Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. Nice affordable place to stay with great hospitality.
Not a lot to do, however the Arby’s being open 24 hours was a definite plus.
Caldwell is a town that has seen better days. Lots of boarded up shops - no real restaurants or bars - basically a place where you stop en route to somewhere else.
Cute little town. Not much here. But, what is here is friendly people.
