"Welcoming staff and nice breakfast. Quick to respond in a problem situation. Clean room and large size room. My only negative is that the chairs in the breakfast room were too big to fit with a table of 4. I kept in hitting the table leg."

"The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable.The staff was wonderful. He had minor issues with the tv remote in our room, other guests blocking the elevator and being loud. The waterslide was closed .We did not do breakfast but our family members did and said the buffet was great. Also the king bed suites are in the North building and the double queen beds are in the South building so we were unable to be close to family that had a different type room. We would stay here again. The Chops Steakhouse restaurant located in front of the hotel was great. The prime rib was awesome."

"This is an old hotel, but is close to Terminal 3 and is priced OK. For the information of fellow travelers: you catch the shuttle from T3 at post 13 (Door B) and it arrives at 45 and 15 to the hour. It departs the hotel at the top and bottom of the hour and takes about 7 minutes to reach T3. Having just missed the shuttle when I arrived at the terminal, I walked to the hotel from T3 and it took only 13 minutes on sidewalk the whole way. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I liked the coffee maker in the room as I left for my flight early before the breakfast was served (service starts at 6:30 a.m.) I advise the hotel to have breakfast opened at 6:00 a.m. as the hotel is used by many people catching early flights."
