  • Let me preface these discoveries by saying that I ended up in Calella haphazardly. It is not necessarily a town that I would generally recommend. It is not your traditional Spanish/Catalan dream destination. It very much looks like something the 70's spit out and no one ever bothered to clean up. With that said, I freaking love this little freakish town, which I quickly & affectionately nicknamed "The Twilight Zone." The strangest occurrences happened throughout the month, yes MONTH, I lived in Calella. Apparently since the 70's, Calella, was a booming tourist destination for Western Europeans and the British. It has been on a massive decline over the past decade. What's left behind though are some fun Dutch and English/Irish pubs, a small welcoming expat community, and one of the most incredible beaches you will ever lay your eyes on. Beautiful clean white sand for miles and crystal clear turquoise water. Parties & bars on the beach, some free concerts in the summer time and of course drinking it allowed as well. If you happen to find yourself here, you must stop in at Beach Boys Club, tell the owners, Brian & Cathy, that Amber sent you. Then hit up Brian for his secret stash of American imported Budweiser (Did you know the bottled stuff is always produced in country? Brian believes the secrets in the water, so he gets the cans from the US. Brian is British, which makes this little story even better.) Also, be prepared to eat a lot of rotisserie chicken.

The rooms was really modern and up to date plus clean .The pools was good the kids pool was a bit dirty looking but this hotel was to over crowded and not enough staff on the one bar they had. They couldn't keep up with the demand. The staff worked really hard but it was just the amount of people there. The food was edible and plenty of choice but big queues again .

Convenable

Séjour en famille avec surtout la piscine pour les enfants qui est très bien toboggans et univers pirates mais eau assez trouble à noter que l'hôtel fait ce qu'il peut mais beaucoup d'incivilités de la part des clients. L'équipe d'animation est très bien mais au final nous ne pouvons pas laisser les enfants au miniclub seuls donc pas de temps libre pour les parents. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses bien que j'ai retrouvé un faux ongle dans mes draps donc ça pose des questions sur l'hygiène. Les repas sont très bien et variés avec quelques aliments de bases comme pâtes, pizzas et frites c'est un buffet et il y a environ 200 personnes donc oui c'est bruillant mais c'est logique. Le rapport qualité prix reste correct au prix proposé difficile de trouver beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour un séjour réservé 1 semaine avant. Pour le parking il faut savoir qu'il est payant et le coût est élevé et les places en villes sont quasi impossible à trouver lorsqu'on en trouve une on ne bouge plus du coup ça nous limite à rester sur place c'est un peu frustrant.

Bon séjour en général , hôtel calme proche centre ville et mer ; il faut éviter les poussettes et landau ds l’hôtel car pb d ascenseur bcp d attente , parking chers et galère pr se garer autour de l hôtel , buffet digne d une cantine et non d un hôtel resto 4 étoiles ; frigo ds chambre ne rafraîchit pas les aliments .

Magnifique séjour

Chambre très spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. Personnel super accueillant et super serviables. on a réservé en demi-pension le buffet pas très variés, on a préféré le petit déjeuner que le dîner. Dans la globalité 👍👍magnifique les enfants ont adoré.

Très bon hôtel

Super hôtel mais attention les boissons ne sont pas comprise dans le repas du soir. Chambre refaite à neuf bien isolé sauf la porte qui laisse passer du bruit. Plusieurs piscines mais vite pleines. Buffet bien garnis et personnel super avenant. Centre ville avec rue piétonne et plage accessible en quelques minutes.

El hotel esta bien y el servicio muy amable y eficiente. Pero el no poder redervar plaza de aparcamiento hizo que estuvieramos dando vueltas para aparcar hasta localizar un parking pagando y un poco alejado del hotel.

En general bien...los ascensores una auténtica locura 2 ascensores para todo el hotel de 7 plantas......el parking son 10€ día al descubierto,la comida buena pero muy muy poca variedad de todo y el todo incluido está bien pero las bebidas de marca blanca.las habitaciones todas reformadas y muy muy limpias.... La limpieza en general de piscinas zonas comunes comedor muy limpio todo...los trabajadores de recepción comedor súper bien los animadores para niños muy bien

Buen ambiente

El personal es muy amable. Y buena limpieza en todas las zonas. Las piscinas son muy chulas, pero el suelo resbala muchísimo, se cayó mucha gente. Deberían de cambiarlo. Lo peor es que no hay mucha variedad en el buffet; hay casi lo mismo en la comida y en la cena. Y muy repetitivo, faltaba mas variedad. Y los horarios son penosos. para la comida horario de 13h, para cenar horario de 19h.
