"What you would from a budget inn. You dont stay there because its nice you stay there because its cheap"

"Not sure about pets because we didn't take ours with us. Never made it to the hot tub. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, black out curtains. Very nice quiet place after a long 8 hour trip. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The ones in the shower are empty. Great hot water and water pressure. Breakfast is basic waffles, cold cereal, etc... Room had a good mini fridge in it and microwave. If you are a coffee drinker you will want to bring a regular coffee pot,they have a single cup Kuerig with 1 regular and 1 decaf."

"Never had breakfast in the restaurant. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Salmon dinner was cooked to my perfection. Waitress needs training and should help customers instead of staying on her phone. Sadly, my husband and I were the only ones in the restruant and she left us sitting, never once checked on us. I had to get up and walk over to the bar where she remained to get our ketchup. I had to ask her for silver wear for my husbands food. I had to ask her to remove the first set of dinner plates that sat in front of us the entire time empty. My husband joined up with me about 10 minutes later and we shared my plate of food. After wards he ordered his own. And, the waitress just left those empty dinner plates just sitting there in front of us. She really needs proper training, and if she has had proper training thats worst. She just don't care about serving customers and is in the wrong work field."

"Disrupted by group of 18 y/o at 630am Saturday morning, girls having verbal arguments in hallway, not calming down, cursing, screaming, it was a mess. Staff tried to intervene but ended up calling police, 3 cars had to respond. Incident when on for over an hour, woke up everyone on 4th floor. Not the way wife and I intended to celebrate her birthday, made us nervous about things."

"It's nice. Staff are great. I had some concerns about exposed electrical outlets. One didn't have a cover and another the cover was loose and not covering the hole at all. "
