"If we were to buy a property here this would be it, fantastic location, the pools and garden are attended to every day, the accommodation has everything you could require,your own piece of sunbathing area outside your door ,table and chairs and beds for making the best of the weather.After a couple of days here we found all the short cuts to the square and surrounding restaurants, if you want a longer walk just go along the sea front, lots of different areas do be found.sat here a few hours...

"Das Apartment befindet sich im Sands Beach Resort in Costa Teguise. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben. Direkt an der Resort eigenen Lagune. Top Bedingungen um seine Trainingstour sei es mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß zu starten. Leider ist die ganze Anlage renovierungsbedürftig. Im Pool friert man sich bei 18 Grad wirklich den Arsch ab. "

The complex is very nice with a small supermarket, restaurants and the beach all a short walk away. There was a problem with the hot water at the start of our stay but this was very quickly resolved. "The apartment is large and bright with beautiful views to the harbour area. Its situation is perfect with many lively bars and restaurants close by. Supermarket and shops within a short walking distance. We loved people watching whilst sitting on the wraparound terrace. The bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of storage (note one bedroom’s storage is outside the room). The kitchen is well equipped. We are happy to recommend this apartment. "Nothing bad to say about it. Was made to feel very welcome. Peter was very helpful with any queries we had. All I will say is you will need a car because it is very out of the way but we loved it."
