"I would not stay here again. Based on treatment from half of the front desk staff. And some cleanliness issues in the room. white hair in the tub, white liquid on headboards, dirty sheets. Two staff helped me. One, hearing that I did not have breakfast included in the booking, gave me a breakfast voucher for the morning, which I truly appreciated. Another man helped me with getting my bags out into my car in the intense rain and wind. But others staff did not listen and did not take into account my sons sleep needs. I was traveling solo with my 1 year old, who needs to nap during the day and sleeps at 8pm. The phone next to the TV was not working, so I called on my cell to request a plug for the tub to give my son a bath. They had me on hold for 11 minutes, so I walked down to the desk, asked why I was still on hold, one of them wasn't doing anything. They send maintenance up with the plug. I had also let them know the phone wasn't working. While I was giving my son a bath, a phone in the bathroom rang 3 times, I didn't know there was a phone in the bathroom until that point. I called on my phone to request a baggage cart for the morning, (It had taken 1.5hr to get my son to sleep) and then they would NOT stop calling that bathroom phone until I picked up, even though I was talking to them on my cell phone, saying to stop. They wanted to drive the point home that I had a working phone, even after I said I understood and asked them to stop calling that one. My son woke up."
