"This isn't a hotel but just one room behind Rua Banana. Unable to contact in advance. After a long hot day I showed up at the room only to be told by the neighbors that the room has a problem. They called the owner Fatima and she advised me to go to another hotel. Unfortunately the other hotel demanded payment in cash. When I called Fatima again she told me she had no connection with Expedia and that I should pay again! If the room has a problem why not cancel the booking without wasting my time? Terrible customer service. Asked Expedia for a refund."

"Hotel Blue Sky is a beautiful hotel, with excellent and attentive staff, a rooftop terrace for breakfast with amazing views, and is ideally located for access to restaurants and other activities in Tarrafal. The breakfast is substantial and tasty. Would not hesitate to book here again "

"Good breakfast and near to a supermarket and restaurants. 5 minutes from a beach. Be careful when i did check in they wanted to pay again the fares and taxes! Took 2 days to resolve the problem. They speak in escudos and we don’t understand cuz we think is the city tax ( 23€) and they wanted me to pay around 300€!! Take whit u all the receives to prove what u did already paid. The rest everything was good. "

From the front desk to the bartender…Every single member of the staff was super friendly and helpful, even with problems I had trying to move around the country away from the hotel.
